We offer income tax preparation and planning, accounting and auditing services, business succession assistance, estate and gift planning, profitability analysis, and computer-based accounting support. The firm originated in 1964 when Howard Baker and Merlin Giles combined their separate practices. In the mid-1980's ownership was transferred to Dan Boyd, Mark Morrissette, and Randy Shoop. Effective July 1, 2006 Carol Woo became an owner.
